(Minimum 100 words)     [*]1. equality I feel like i try to see the whole picture before making any assumptions, and i feel like that is a very important skill to have as a staff member 2. knolage about the rules and good at explaining them to others As of when i am writing this application i am 100% aware of all the rules that are in place on the cloud gaming server and i feel that i can explain the rules to anybody that has for example broken nlr, i can explain that the "new life rule" is a rule made to protect the death part of role playing by making going back to your death location/using any informationg you have gained form your last life not allowed in 180 seconds  3. connection to the comunity I feel like i have talked to pretty much everybody that has been on the server for more than a week at least one time, and i try to keep it professional and not for example curse anybody or call people words (this was the case of the first person i met on the server/he where banned later) and if anybody needs help i am more than willing to help them as long as i am not already in a thing (like a rp scene) Some of the people that have played a bit longer i feel like i have a pretty good connection with or atleast have a impression and i try to be as nice to everybody that i can 4. teamwork i belive that a lot of things can affect the outcome of something else but i belive that in most cases having other people to back you up and support you emotionaly and with actions, you can acomplish a lot more things than if you where to be doing that thing by yourself 5. trust and behaviure I think that you should always be nice to people if you want them to be nice to you and by being nice and building a friendly relation ship with people you will automaticly start trusting each other, and trusting each other will make it easier to understand what actually happend 6. being active I think that being active and interacting with other players will make both have more respect for each other and be more friendly. also i feel like i am pretty active over all but some times (like last week) i feel that i want to play some other game and i maybe go away from gmod for a few days [/list] (this is my old staff app I hope its good(some things are outdated like the thing "last week")) plz accept me daddy noffe
